Vendor Application

The Westminster Kennel Club is delighted to return to New York City for our 149th Annual Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show in February 2025. Our Canine Celebration, including Agility, Obedience, Flyball, a human agility course, and a demonstration ring will be held on Saturday, February 8. Conformation breed judging will be held on Monday & Tuesday, February 10 & 11 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. We are offering a limited number of vendor booth spaces at the show. We anticipate approximately 3,000 dogs and 20,000+ exhibitors and spectators at the Javits Center over the three show days. There are no vendor options at Madison Square Garden for Groups and Best in Show.

Booth specifics for a standard vendor booth at the Javits Center are as follows:

• Dates: Saturday, Monday, and Tuesday, February 8, 10, & 11, 2025
• Location: 429 11^th Avenue, New York, NY 10001
• Size: 10’ x 10’ booth space
• Cost: $7,000
  • The fee includes the vendor booth, one electric drop (bring a power strip), 2 skirted tables (one 6’, one 8’), 2 chairs, Wi-Fi, and 5 vendor credentials for all daytime events at the Javits Center.
• Notes:
  • Your booth display should not exceed 8’ in height or extend outside of the booth
  • We cannot accept any vendor that competes with our sponsor offerings including pet food, pet supplements, and pet treats.

Please submit the vendor inquiry form no later than October 29 if you wish to be considered for a vendor space. We will email you after October 29 to confirm acceptance. Contracts, load-in/load-out instructions, and Javits Center union labor guidelines will be mailed out by November 1, with the deposit due on November 15, and the balance due December 15.
